First post of my new blog! How exciting! I don’t know why I didn’t start blogging sooner. Well, I guess I was pretty focused on my homework and blogging seemed frivolous. But there's nothing frivolous about documenting your experiences, right?  

Today was not very exciting. We had music class and I have a new piece to learn for violin, which I play well but don't always enjoy. The best part of my day was my after-school electronics club meeting. We opened up our smartphones to see how they work!

Everyone else had iPhones, but my Samsung 3GS had the most interesting back end. AND it's made here in Korea. Now my phone is a tangle of nodes; we're starting to learn how the motherboard works. I was GOING to take a picture, but, of course, I can't since my phone is all in pieces. Instead, I found this picture online at Chipworks. 

I’ll write more about my findings later.
